Some tailoring aficionados make a distinction between "custom-made" and "bespoke". For those who make the distinction, "bespoke" infers that everything is custom-tailored for the client, with all options possible, including a print or embroidery pattern especially designed for the client's lifestyle and professional wardrobe needs.
